Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective hygiene seals are still attached to the garments.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
